FIKA is a Swedish word and means taking breaks in the day often with a hot drink and a homemade sweet bun. All work places in Sweden provide FIKA for their employees especially on Fridays (fredags FIKA) it is the Swedish way.

Free delivery to addresses in Islington (outside the congestion zone), Orders to other addresses will incur a charge to cover petrol. The charge depends on distance from London N7. Please add this when placing the order. Drop us a message if you are unsure.

Deliveries on Mondays and Fridays.
(Orders placed between Sunday and Wednesday will be delivered on Friday and orders placed between Thursday and Saturday will be delivered on Monday).

Postal deliveries: Orders outside London can be sent with Next Day courier delivery, £6 for a regular parcel size. Typically dispatched 3 days after order is placed, unless other arrangements with customer. Please add this when placing the order. We are unable to mail items that contain fresh cream.
